Clinical Practice and Supervision:
My clinical interests include eating disorders, body image, anxiety, and trauma. I work with adolescents and adults using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, DBT, Schema Therapy, with particular emphasis on engaging clients around eating and body image concerns in a collaborative, strengths-based way.
I do not currently offer clinical supervision in CBT-E.
Research:
I’ve published 2 peer-reviewed journals on the impact of social media on mental health outcomes, and the mental health outcomes of ICU survivors during COVID-19.
