Professional Role(s) and qualifications:
I am a qualified Therapeutic Counsellor and CBT-E practitioner.
I have a Masters in Therapeutic Counselling. I am qualified by ACTO to work in private practice online using chat, email, phone and video conferencing. I also work face-to-face in Borough/London Bridge, and as a University Counsellor at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance.

Training in CBT-E:
I have completed eating disorder treatment training in Enhanced Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, run online by The Centre for Research on Dissemination Oxford, Oxford University Department of Psychiatry (2020).

Clinical Practice and Supervision:
I work with adults with anorexia nervosa, binge eating disorder, body image issues, body dissatisfaction, bulimia nervosa, chronic or yo-yo dieting, eating problems, and/or low self-esteem.
Please note: I do not accept referrals for individuals with a BMI under 18.5 due to the health related implications of being at this low weight, which would benefit from the combined care of a multidisciplinary team.
I also have an interest and experience in working with neurodivergence (autism, AD(H)D, dyspraxia, dyslexia, dyscalculia and Tourette’s syndrome), as well as anxiety and depression.

My MSc dissertation was on meditation use in therapy.
