I am a psychologist and board approved supervisor.
Training in CBT-E:
I attended the world congress of behavioural and cognitive therapy and participated in Christopher Fairburns workshop. I then undertook the CBT-E online training and became a certified CBT-E practitioner.
Clinical Practice and Supervision:
I have been using CBT-E for two years with adolescents and adults and also published a self help book for eating disorders.
I am also a board approved supervisor and supervise provisional psychologists, counsellors and psychologists.
Research:
I am also trained in EMDR and DBT.
