Annelise is a Registered Clinical Psychologist under the Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP).
Annelise holds a Master of Psychology (Clinical) from the National University of Singapore (NUS).
Training in CBT-E:
She is trained to provide Enhanced Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT-E) by the University of Oxford. Annelise completed the course in 2017.
Clinical Practice and Supervision:
Annelise also works with individuals with various mental health conditions (e.g. Mood and Anxiety Disorders, Trauma-and-stress related Disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and etc) and specializes in Eating Disorders. Experienced in both inpatient and outpatient settings, she adopts an eclectic approach and incorporates several treatment modalities (i.e. CBT, DBT, ACT, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, and Psychodynamic) to provide personalized treatment for different needs. Apart from her clinical work, she is an active mental health advocate through publications, media engagement, training, and volunteering opportunities.
