Clinical Practice and Supervision:
I am dedicated to supporting families through challenges and facilitating meaningful change. With five years of experience in the NHS and family therapy clinics, I specialise in helping individuals and families facing eating difficulties.
Experiencing or witnessing someone you care about struggling with eating difficulties can be distressing. My approach focuses on creating a nurturing, creative, and non-judgmental space where every family member feels respected and valued. Using systemic techniques and compassionate exploration, I empower families to uncover hidden patterns and progress towards recovery and healing.
My mission is to facilitate growth, understanding, and connection within families. Together, we’ll explore your unique strengths and consider how your life experiences have influenced your self-perception and relationships. It’s a journey of discovery, which we’ll navigate through family conversations, leading to meaningful insights and lasting change.
If you’re looking for family support, whether it’s for someone in your family experiencing eating difficulties or if you’re struggling with eating issues, I’m here to help. Please get in touch with me to schedule a session and begin your journey towards meaningful change.
