Professional Training:
I have a Master of Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, as well as a Bachelor of Education and Bachelor of Arts from York University in Toronto. I have completed the CBT-E online training, as well as many hours of Eating Disorder specific supervision. I was previously a Counsellor at Georgian College and the Eating Disorder Counsellor and Team Lead at Bellwood Health Services. I also have training in DBT, MBCT, general CBT and CPT.
Training in CBT-E:
I have completed the CBT-E online training and CBT-E manual work.
I have engaged in CBT-E based supervision with a supervisor who works in Eating Disorders.
