Clients seen:
I work with adults with anorexia nervosa, binge eating disorder, body image issues, body dissatisfaction, bulimia nervosa, chronic or yo-yo dieting, eating problems, and/or low self-esteem.
I have experience and an interest in neurodivergence (autism, ADHD, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, dyslexia and Tourette’s syndrome), as well as anxiety and depression.
Please note: I do not accept referrals for individuals with a BMI under 18.5 due to the health related implications of being at this low weight, which would benefit from the combined care of a multidisciplinary team.

Professional Role(s) and qualifications:
I am a qualified Therapeutic Counsellor and offer CBT-E. I have a BACP accredited Masters in Therapeutic Counselling where I developed a relational approach to counselling and psychotherapy that integrates a number of therapeutic schools, including psychodynamic, CBT and person-centred approaches. For my Masters dissertation I focused on mindfulness meditation in therapy. I have completed eating disorder treatment training in Enhanced Cognitive Behaviour Therapy through The Centre for Research on Dissemination Oxford, Oxford University Department of Psychiatry, and training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I am ACTO qualified to work in private practice online using chat, email, phone and video conferencing, as well as my face-to-face in Borough/London Bridge, and as a University Counsellor at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance.

Training in CBT-E:
