I offer in-person sessions in Lausanne, Switzerland, and online therapy worldwide. Whether you’re dealing with an eating disorder, struggles with food, body image, or self-esteem, I’m here to support. I work with adults (18+) and am covered by many international insurances as well as some Swiss complementary insurances.
Professional Training:
I am a registered Psychologist accredited by the Swiss Federation of Psychologists (FSP).
My training includes CBT Enhanced Therapy for Eating Disorders, a Master of Science in Clinical and Health Psychology from the University of Fribourg, and a Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Waterloo, complemented by extensive coursework in anatomy, physiology, cell biology, and nutrition at Queen’s University. My professional experience spans clinical and international settings, including private practice in psychological counselling, leading the development of the Eating Disorder Program at Clinic Les Alpes (Switzerland), and contributing to initiatives with the United Nations Refugee Agency and the International Olympic Committee.
