Clients seen:
I treat adolescents and adults using cognitive-behavioral treatments for eating disorders, body image concerns, OCD, PTSD, phobias, and other anxiety-related concerns. I am an out-of-network provider in private practice.

Professional Training:
I am the CoFounder and Clinical Director of the Center for Hope and Health, LLC., a private outpatient treatment center. I am licensed as both a clinical psychologist and professional counselor in Pennsylvania with additional credentialing as a Diplomate CBT-Certified Therapist through the Academy of Cognitive & Behavioral Therapies and a certified Prolonged Exposure Therapist and Supervisor through the University of Pennsylvania. I am also in the process of obtaining board certification in Behavioral and Cognitive Psychology through the American Board of Professional Psychology. In addition to direct service, I provide clinical supervision to trainees at my practice and consultation to other providers. I also serve as an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Psychology at Saint Joseph’s University and a clinical facilitator at the Minding Your Mind Foundation. I obtained two master’s degrees and a doctoral degree in clinical psychology from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed my dissertation on “feeling fat,” weight-gain feedback, and perfectionism. Prior to completing my post-doctoral training at the Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety through the University of Pennsylvania, I worked as a primary therapist at the Renfrew Center for 5 years, completed pre-doctoral placements at the University of Pennsylvania’s Center for Cognitive Therapy, Drexel University’s Division of Neuropsychology, and Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems, and received specialized eating disorder training from CREDO and the Training Institute for Child and Adolescent Eating Disorders. I am a member of ABCT, AED, the Academy of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies, and International OCD Foundation. Lastly, I am co-authoring a clinical text, Comorbid Eating Disorders and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder: A Clinician’s Guide to Challenges in Treatment, scheduled to be published in 2022 via Cambridge University Press.
