I am experienced in working with children and young people, and adults with eating disorders, including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, A-typical Anorexia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, OSFED/EDNOS. I have worked as a Senior Clinical Psychologist and Lead for Psychology in a busy NHS Eating Disorder service and work in private practice supporting those across the lifespan with eating disorders and eating related difficulties. Additionally, I work with a range of presentations that are common alongside eating difficulties including perfectionism, high self-criticism, low self-esteem, shame, anxiety, low mood and many more. I am experienced in providing Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Enhanced CBT for Eating Disorders, Maudsley Model of Anorexia Nervosa Treatment for Adults (MANTRA), and Compassion focused approaches.
