I support individuals to recover from a wide spectrum of eating disorders, building confidence in a society shaped by diet culture and weight stigma using a CBT-E approach, grounded in patient-centred collaboration. Passionate about eating disorder treatment, I aim to facilitate a recovery free from harmful food and body narratives.
I currently work in a community NHS Eating Disorder service, and also privately online with adults aged 18+ suffering with eating disorders, including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, ARFID and OSFED.
