I work through the Center for Hope and Health which is a private practice and has an additional location in Ardmore, Pennsylvania. I treat adolescents and adults with eating disorders, body dysmorphic disorder, body image concerns, anxiety disorders, OCD, and trauma disorders using evidence-based, cognitive-behavioral approaches, including CBT-E, Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD, and Prolonged Exposure for PTSD.

Professional Training:
I received my PsyD from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) in 2024. I have worked at the Center for Hope and Health since 2021 as a doctoral trainee, postdoctoral fellow, and now licensed psychologist. Through the Center for Hope and Health, I received training in and provide specialized treatment for patients across the lifespan with eating disorders, eating-related difficulties, and body image concerns. During my doctoral clinical training, I received certification in Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD and Prolonged Exposure for PTSD through the Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety at the University of Pennsylvania (UPenn). I also received clinical training in cognitive-behavioral assessment and intervention through the Center for Cognitive Therapy at the University of Pennsylvania. As a doctoral intern, I worked at a community clinic through PCOM as well as in behavioral medicine through Main Line Health System where I provided mental health treatment to patients in a primary care setting. I am a member of the Academy of Eating Disorders, International OCD Foundation, Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies, and Anxiety and Depression Association of America.
